Add an FTP so no need to keep uploading the whole zip you can just transfer the updated files like dreamweaver.
Also make the header a modules position "header" so users can generate flash or slideshow headers using mods.

How did you generate a modules position "header"?

I basically run the slide show in position "user3" as i did with the other menu. If you ad /?tp=1 at the end you can see the modlue positions.
