I use artisteer2, I had a question, how can I change the width of my template

In Artisteer click on the Sheet tab then click on width. If you click on "More Sheet Widths" you can manually set the width to 1500 if needed.

if you need to go to 100% just go to template.css in your folder or in template manager in your admin its near the top where you change its if you need more help just ask and i will do a walk through

If you already installed your template. You could always edit the size at style.css
