I've made a Joomla template with Artisteer: Simple layout with one menu section on the left side and content on the right.
On one page i would need to insert a database table (from php). This all goes fine using the Joomla wrapper, except the table is too wide 
If I was able to place the table a little further down on the page, and use the space *below* the meny section it would fit.
Would it be difficult to place an iframe in such a way?
Greatful for any suggetions & hope my question is not too confusing....

Just a guess: perhaps the width of your php-table is defined wider than the article section in Artisteer?

Yes, thats correct.
I would think it is not possible then.
The php-table would have to be placed above (hovering over) the article section and covering also the white space below the left meny.
Visually it would fit, but it would probably be impossible to do just for one of my pages in the project.

Just an update: I managed to do what I wanted 
I put the php-table in the wrapper module in Joomla and assigned it to the banner6 position. Voila!
This would have been impossible (for me) with earlier versons of Artisteer.
