Are there any sites where I can download themes/templates that other has genereted with Artisteer?

Not really. I have some on my site but they are coded specifically for CMS Made Simple. Which isn't supported by Artisteer.
You can check out http://www.artisteerhelp.com for help and tutorials. You can also check out around here for people who have posted their sites to see what they have done.

Actually, I've seen quite a few such sites scattered throughout this forum, besides my own. I'm not currently making available the actual Artisteer file itself for various reasons, one of them being that I make slight edits after the initial export.

Most aren't straight out of the box but pretty close. I make some changes with regards to spacing and other minor things then package it up for download.

There you can Download ARTX-Files for Artisteer.
