Does the difference in the template when viewed in IE and Firefox fall in the template realm or the browser realm ??
For instance: In an article I had to adjust or add the Horizontal ine an extra paragraph space because in Firefox the line was in the article where IE it wasnt.
Thoughts please

Forgot to add since I added the extra space for the paragraph so the line would be out of the article in Firefox, it then adds an extra space to IE making the Horizontal line further down.
Is there anything to add to css that can counter the difference in the browser's showing the templates??
or am I barking up the wrong tree
