Can´t see module on new positions |

Hi, I tryed the 2. 1. version and exported the template. So, I hope, the new module positions are included in this template. Now when I set a module for example to "banner 1", no module will be displayed on my site.
What did I wrong, can anybody help ?
I used a template that I`ve made with 2.0 , later I loaded it in 2.1 and exported the template for new. Should it be because of the Compatibility Modus ?
