So now that I upgraded, I now get a scrolling lag when I add a background texture. Can anyone tell me if they are getting it too?

Seems OK to me Anthony...no lag on any of the pages after it is loaded.

Hi all. So Lance thanks for that link. I have found that my above issue is still prevalent. I am noticing scroll and load delays ever since upgrading to 2.01. I get them on my wife’s computer and on mine.
I removed the background texture and it ran a little faster (I think). 
The link you gave me warns about the # and size of my CSS files. Is no one else having any issues with speed after upgrading?
Lance, do you think you could try loading my site ones more time and tell me if you get any lag. Thanks a bunch!

 OK so it only happens in IE 7, Maxthon and Deepnet 1.53
It works just fine in Opera 9, Chrome, Mozilla, Netscape 9, and Flock.
Can anyone see anything wrong? Dare I say the word BUG? Probably not, I must be doing something. The temple has had no modifications to it. Created 100% in Artisteer and exported and installed as zip.

I can confirm the lag in your site. Don't know what the cause is.

Both those browsers were built on the IE engine so it would make sense for them to lag as well. Your image files are not causing the lag.
It looks like there is a lot of scripting and ajax usage, I think IE is just not playing nicely with it.

So I was up till like 2:00 am. This is a bug I think. I can easily reproduce it on my server. It happens when you make a template with a glare and a textured background. It will cause LAG in IE. But I need to know if it’s just my server or the template.
If anyone could help me verify, that would be awesome. Please make a template with a glare and a textured background (one of the ones that holds position at the bottom), similar to www.scvfoodguide.com. And try it on their server, and see if they get lag.
I am only using JReviews on the site and a few non-core modules, I am not sure where all the AJAX or other code is causing lag.

It happens for me on other sites too. Dan Stanley is another developer in these forums, I get scroll lag on his site too. Does anyone else?? I wonder if it's my PC.
