Is it possible to having different padding values for the header and the text?
I would like to have a header padding of 0 but have more padding for the text than is given with a header padding of 0.

I have managed to answer my own question.
You can increase the distance of the text from the vertical boundaries by increasing the margins in the Articles tab.
