Would be nice to be able to export layouts as JPEG screenshots.
That way when I'm creating a site for someone I can e-mail them a screenshot for their approval.
I notice that Artisteer already generates thumbnails for templates so I would hope that this would be quite easy to implement.

if you use firefox browser.
install the abduction plugin
goto preview theme
then in firefox select file / save page as image
high quailty screen shot of the entire page

Nice suggestion GSP....I use the Firefox extension Screengrab! to make these images now. That would be very welcome functionality for them to add and I agree, I don't think it would be too hard for them to do it.
