I would like Header and Footer block regions |

Maybe I am missing something, but it seems to me that Artisteer does not automatically create "Header" and "Footer" block regions. Not even a Primary links block region. Instead primary links are automatically inserted in the template.
I will definitely want to have these block regions generated too. So far, in my templates, the only regions automatically created are : Left sidebar, Right sidebar and Content.
Am I missing something? Why would you guys (the developers) not include these crucial regions? Can we expect something in the future maybe?

I know that the developers, are very busy to implement this feature. I'm myself using the Artisteer 2 and i think its worth any penny. I'm glad i bought this, Also i 'm building a website with extra regions under the content and above the header and there are many samples here on the forum how to do this by hand. If you take the time you got it within minutes. So until the Artisteer programmers are ready with the implementation we have to do it by hand.
Just hold your horses my friends, I know all our wishes are granted it just takes some time.
