You need to flush the Template Cache to get changes to show up.
Go to /admin/build/themes and click "Save Configuration" to force a flush, or install the wonderful Administration Menu module (http://drupal.org/project/admin_menu) which provides it as an option.
I can do it for you, but I will need to charge for my time as I have a lot of other client projects to work on today. Please leave an e-mail address and I can contact you with a quote for doing the work for you.

I got it to work but still one problem.
When I click the secondary links, the links are disappearing.
Also some icons are showing beside links which I dont like.
Apprecitate if you suggest in this forum.

Disappearing probably because you haven't edited all the template files which generate navigation.
Icons because the CSS which puts icons onto menu items is being applied to the secondary navigation too.
