It's not going to happen.
From what I can see, Artisteer is going to stay with what they have already implemented, which is Joomla, Wordpress, XHTML, Drupal, CodeCharge and ASP.NET
Most purchasers are on to Artisteer Development with ages to add Blogger and there is no sign of that coming so my guess is your suggestion will not be taken care of either.
