I did not find a forum for suggestions so I'm putting one here.
So far I like the demo of your product but the forum is no go. We cannot tell who is a moderator, admin or staff member and it's very difficult to find your way around intuitively in this forum.
Please update your forum software to vbulletin or phpbb or something that provides easier methods of communicating.

There are no official moderators in this forum.
Artisteer support comes in and posta on issues, and their profile is clearly marked. The rest of the community is just made up of users of all skill levels.
There is a search mechanism and the different forums are marked for things like Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla, Suggestions (link - http://www.artisteer.com/Default.aspx?forum_id=10&p=forum_topics ), etc.
For the most part, if you have any questions on the user or Artisteer, ask it here and you'll get a relatively quick response as there are users here all the time.
