I exported the WP theme and uploaded it to my cpanel and it's coming out like this.,...

The theme looks fine from my WP admin page however if you go to the url above everything is off. Please help!

It appears you have copied the files to the wrong place.
Please review the WordPress documentation on using themes and uploading the files to the proper place.
