In Joomla admin, when I want to edit the css file of artisteer template, there's a trouble :
Quote :JFolder::files: Path is not a folder
To solve it, I must create a css folder, and put inside the css files (and modify pictures path)...

That is correct, the joomla templating system for editing HTML or CSS via the back-end admin, looks for the file in a certain location.
If you install WinSCP (free), you can open those files in an editior on your local machine and edit them, regardless if there is a /css/ subdirectory in the template or not.
Also, you can change the name and info of the template via the XML file.

You're right!
But Joomla have some functionnalities. Do you think administrators don't want to use them ?

Hi oweb,
This issue was already discussed in several threads here on the forum.
And as I know, Artisteer team promised to resolve the problem in the final v2 release so lets wait a little.
Have a nice day.
Caroline.
