I'd like to add a 2nd image to a header - but when selecting another image, it always over writes the first.
How?

Hi Janet,
Currently Artisteer allows you to add only one foreground image.
More images can be added by modifying the exported template's code. So you will be able to do it after you resolve the export problem you're having:
