Hi...
...but I uploaded all the files from the Artisteer export into the wp-content/themes directory.
Has this happened to anyone... and... how to fix WP's confusion? I'm using WP 2.7 installed on the server. The Artisteer is the Standard Edition.

So After I read the FAQ and put all the files into a new folder it worked just fine! Doh!

Hi Superdog,
I had the same problem stylesheet missing. While unzipping in theme directory I would get this message unsupported compression method 98.
Which is something to do with winzip, so i went and zipped again only this time I changed compression to - Legacy Compression (Zip 2.0 Compatible) and reloaded to theme folder, unzipped and woooohoooo it worked......

By reading the title of your message, I was sure the file was indeed missing (unzipped or dropped by your ftp program)
did I get you correctly that you are on windows server ???
you can't unzip on a linux server if you don't have shell access.....

I have the same problem and it does not have to do with the ftp program, i ruled that out by trying two different ftp programs and by uploading the zip file manually and also loading the file ziped by Artisteer and the one zipped by me ... I have the very same problem. WP say that there is a css file missing.

I don't understand why you're messing with ftp in Wordpress...
1. If you export your artister template as a zip file,
2. then go to the back end of your wordpress site,
3. to appearance, add new themes.
4. Browse for your zip file (from step one),
5. Upload
6. Activate.
7. Done.

I always upload a new theme in my wordpress installation as a folder not as .zip, and a directly get an option to install that theme

When you Export the new theme - I HAD to save it as a Zip file and not a folder file in order to upload and install the new theme to my wordpress admin. Works great!
