The product is not released yet, the issues you have may or may not be fixed and it may be weeks before the final product comes out. But if I had responded, I would have said that I experienced the same issue on my end. And a couple of days later another guy posted a similar problem: http://www.artisteer.com/Default.aspx?post_id=100916&p=forum_post&forum_id=9 I submitted a ticket to Artisteer support.
