I also use Codecharge Studio, and I recently bought the Artisteer product.
I use it maily for the Open Source Portals that I install for people, mainly WordPress and think it is an excellent product for this purpose.
However, I belive that you are correct, I don't think that this product assists Codecharge Studio users very much.
At best it can help you create the Header and Footer but the Page and Component level styles still me need too much manual intervention to apply.
I think that the Product shoud not only create the CCS project but also a fully CCS compatable style that can be applied as well.
