I have the same problem! And I am under pressure from my customers, please fix it ASAP!!
Please have also a look into the Dupral thread. They have all the same problem.
If we try to export a template it comes up with an error 602

Export to Joomla worked fine for me with the current version of Artisteer. I suggest filing a support request directly. They always respond very quickly to those.
I'm currently located in India, but based from USA. Just in case your location might be one of the factors.

Hi,
the export related problem has been resolved on our end.
However before exporting you need to reboot the router.
If you do not use router then please reboot your PC.
Then start Artisteer and test export functionality.
If you encounter any problem with export please contact Artisteer support at http://www.artisteer.com/Default.aspx?p=support
