Remove menu links when accessing frontpage.

Hi, i have a problem that the menu links appear in the frontpage when using artister template. No problem when using standard template that comes with joomla. It is disable in menu>home>systemparameters.
Cant find out whats wrong. Using multisites also if that could cause any problems
