Did you save the layout you created as an .artx file beofre exporting it to Wordpress?

If you did, just reopen it, go to the layout tab, the layout submenu and look at the columns item. Allthe different layouts are there. Choose the one you want and re-export.

I realy looked closely to the options but didn't find the option to move the navigator from left to right? I can change the column layout but not the navigator. Am I missing something? :(

When you say "navigator", do you mean the categories block? The Pages block?

In the Layout Tab you have the following options

Suggest layout - Gives you random combinations of colors and layouts

Page layout - Give yout he horizontal choices for the header, menu and sheet

Columns - Allows you to change how the vertical columns are laid out, one column, two columns or three columns. This is where you change the sidebar from left to right.

Template - Allows you to choose what type of template you are working on, HTML, Wordpress or Code Charge Studio

(Wordpress Template) Search/Categories/Archive/Blogroll postion. Allows you to manipulate where the 'blocks' for these items appear.

(HTML Template) - Newletter/Highlights/Contact Information position. Allows you to manipulate where there items appear in the sidebar or on the page.

Now, if you are looking to move the MENU bar, that is something Artisteer does not do currently. It only allows for the menu bar to be horizontal, across the top (at least for now)
