This was discussed on other threads, but here it goes again.
The CSS validation requires that you actually LEARN CSS. There is no program that creates 100% compliant CSS across all versions of browsers.
If you are validating the CSS at one of the W3C sites, the validator should give you line numbers of where the issues are.
Use that, look at the code and make the edits.
Personally, while I like to help out here and give some guideance, I think if you are using a tool like Artisteer or Dreamweaver or Photoshop with CodeAssist or SiteGrinder modules attached, you should LEARN about the code.
I get paid to do the work I do, and the reasons for that is because I know what I am doing and have invested years in knowing the code and understanding why it works, why it generates errors and how to fix it.
With that said, use the validation tool and fix the CSS.
Or you can zip up your .artx file and graphics, send them to me via email, and for $25 I'll fix the CSS so it is compliant.

Thanks for your answer. My Code is 100% CSS2&3 valid. So IE6 doesn#t understand a bunch oft it.
My question is there anybody who has short way to replace unknow stylesheetcode in a working CSS1code known by IE6.
If I buy a tool in times of css-frameworks like yaml, I would expect, that IE6/7/8 patches ins CSS-Code are included by default.
So if I set my design with gimp and fit it in yaml I#m 100times faster with clean code an throw artisteer in the trash.

I built a site in Artisteer, loaded it to Wordpress, modified it in about 10 minutes and it was CSS compliant.
If you want it, I can send it to you in a zip file and you can check it yourself.
It seems that the effort to bash Artisteer is more easily done than to actually LOOK at the code and fix it (which, as I said, takes about 10 minutes)
If you want the code for the W3c compliant theme I built, email me at info@stuntmusic.com . I'm more than willing to send it to you for you to look at and pick apart.

awesome, dude.
well, I will see how you've done it the short way and will reply my jobs on it. you got mail from me.
Apart from thi sissue I think Artisteer is a great tool doing a good job. And version 1 has a lot of possibilities that makes concepting a website much easier.

Mark,
how can I reach you? I would gladly pay you 25 bucks to take care of all these code validation errors I have on all my blogs for clients. This is stressing me out.
I agree about learning CSS, I just have had not had time to learn more coding at this time.
Thanks
