Sure you can try it, if you so desire. Personally, I think it’s a waste of time. Profiles are not 100% reliable and people tend to exaggerate, or even outright lie on their profiles. Even their pictures may be 10 years old or older, portraying a much younger self. Go to the bar, join a club, enroll in an exercise class (YOGA, for example), walk in a park. These are much better ways of meeting people. I’very done online dating in the past and have talked to others, who have tried it, yet, I don't recall anyone having success. Dating sites lure you in, telling you it’s free to join, but then you want to contact someone, you have to pay. Then there are some sites that are totally fraudulent. The people listed are real, but are not looking to meet up with anyone. They are paid for their profile and may even search other social networks, for people to lure to the dating site. Then, they are paid a commission. Sea of Love, is an example of a totally fake site. Not sure if that sitem still exists. Just be careful and don’the she'll out too much Money! Good luck!
