Re-Import Artisteer Joomla Template without artx file? |

Hi,
I have a website that was sent to me (webroot/db dump) and the previous company used artisteer to create the template for the joomla 2.5 installation.
Can I use the Standard + themler Pro edition to load back that theme from the directory and store it as joomla 3.X??
