HOW TO ADD A FULL WIDTH SLIDER between header and the sidebar/content

Hi there,

please advise how add A FULL WIDTH SLIDER between header, and the sidebar/content?

For first navigation position, the slider does not show, for first top, the slider shows up next to the side bar.

Please advise how to achieve this.
