Help with blogger template Menu |

Hello, I'm having a problem, I'm trying to upload a template to blogger and the actual menu i created in artisteer is not showing up. I looked at all this: http://www.artisteer.com/?p=help_blogger#blogger7 and it did not help because I think it is not relevant anymore because it's outdated on blogger. There is nowhere to find the "hidden" pages on blogger as referenced in the article.
I only want the horizontal navigation and the formatting from my artisteer template is not being applied to the pages in the blogger navigation.
Please help!
