Does anyone know where the Templateer files are kept? I bought a new computer and want to transfer files from one drive to the other. I cannot find my original 4.1 install file.

Templateer is long dead and unsupported for years. Good luck in getting anything from them.

NOT TRUE, Nick took over for Trevor and he's actually pretty good at keeping it up. He made some major changes and the themes look better then ever now. He changed the name to quicker themes I think.

Here are the facts. Trevor dropped WPTux like a hot potato. He vanished for years. When was Trevors last post? He knows Artisteer is dead. He knows WPTux is dead. He gave up years ago and vanished. Where's his desktop application? That's dead.
Nick adds free plugins to WPTux and calls it something else. LMAO 
Go to WPTux site. Old. Ugly. Abandoned. Go to Nicks Quickie Themes site. Nothing there.
Do yourself a favor and get Themler. They updated last week. Lotta bug fixes.
