I have exactly the samt problem. Also new module position (position-31) in header isn't showing. I get an error message that there is something wrong in line 39. Can you please check urgently?

Can be fixed by changing the module style from the module advance option:
change inheirted from template => to your artisteer template and select the style...

I've got the same problem with the footer on my webpage.
The problem has came when my host has done their update from the PHP-settings.
Now everytime i make a new template with artisteer, the same problem is their. The footer can not be changed in the Module 'Footer' in Joomla. It can be changed, but on the webpage it will not be changed.
