I just tried to use THEMLER but it keeps asking me to pay for downloading template. When I tried to enter the license it say my license has expired or is not valid.
I hoped to contact the company through their support form but the LOGIN is not working for me (wrong username OR password). They keep using obsolete CodeChargeStudio LOGIN procedure which of course does not allow to retrieve or reset a password.
Two days later I receiver n email with the link to my CASE,

but when I opened it it shows blank page.

I already have had very bad experience in the past with YES SOFTWARE, but almost satisfied for some time using Artisteer. What happens now is just a disaster.
WORST CUSTOPMER SUPPORT EVER.
To make things even worse - I just called the number listed on the CONTACT page.
I got the message: THE NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE

Anybody has similar experience ?

How can I contact them ?

I know I also bought it and wish I never did, I hate themler, it's not easy to use at all. I think I will stick with Artisteer, let's just hope they don't stop with it since the crappy themler came.

Change to Template Creator CK - far superior to either Artisteer or Themler. I transitioned to Themler from Artisteer. While it has some better features it was a horrible interface. CK Template Creator is more powerful than either of the others and far more robust.

Nothing wrong with Artisteer support except Artisteer is discontinued. Don't expect any help. And they don't deal with generic noob questions.
