I know this is the Artisteer forum but I need to vent my frustration somewhere and as you guys are the brains behind Themler here goes...

First off - Themler is fantastic. Once you get your head round how it works its a big leap forward from Artisteer. I would recommend anyone reading this to make the jump. Its well worth the investment in time learning the new software.

That said, by far the biggest show stopper when using Themler is that the themler.com site keeps going down. You might think thats not a big problem but it most certainly is. In fact, I would go so far as to say its a huge design flaw in Themler. Because when the site goes down none of us can save our f***ing work!!! I have struggled all week with this issue. There has not been a single day when the site has not gone down. I have now sat here for the past half hour unable to save the work I have been doing within Themler. What gives? I get the fact you need to secure Themler and make sure everyone has a license etc but you need to go about it a different way. Either that, or move the Themler.com backen systems to a hosting provider who can cope. Maybe move to the cloud and set an auto-scale options for any IaaS / PaaS provisions you need?

This cant go on and is a real REAL pain in the ass.

Please sort it.

Paul.

I agree Paul! It is down today and was working and during my many saves the site stops working. Not sure why we have a license that must talk to some server with every save. Seems something is very wrong with that. We need some notification and workaround please.

502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.
