Export of Joomla Template with content fails |

Hi,
I experience some issues with Artisteer 4.3.0.60818 Standard after upgrading Joomla from 2.5.x to 3.5.0. The old template installed on the server doesn't work properly anymore, but I decided that it is time for a new template so I designed one.
After I finished it and filled with content I wanted to export it. I can choose to export for Joomla 2.5-3.1 and 3.2-3.3. The template is exported wrong and without content in both choices. The menu is not exported, only the the colorscheme of the template is correct.
I downgraded Joomla to 3.1 to try to export to an older version of Joomla but that doesn't work anyway. So where's the problem? I changed not any settings and tried to install the template via install via directory if maybe the zip file is too large. It is not possible to export the template with content.
