:-<

Having just updated a DNN 7 site to DNN 8, we had major problems.

So I contacted support and have been told that there is NO SUPPORT FOR DNN 8 and that there are no plans for it!

Anyone now who has customers with DNN sites using artisteer skins, you are in serious trouble!

Having used this product to sell dozens of websites using DNN, what do we do now? You may want to ask artisteer yourself.

I can't believe that the company have done this and told nobody about it!!! I am unbelievably angry and upset!

I asked after renewing Artisteer recently since they are using the DNN logo on the home page, refer to it etc... and they said the same. Extremely disappointing and think they shouldn't even bother mentioning DNN or promoting it this way if they're going to continue a half baked job of support.

Same here, i have used artisteer/dnn for many years and have customers on that platform.
So have any one asked them for the source code or a price for an update that support dnn8?

:( Not Thrilled. Guess they are following the easy money. Agree give the code up for someone else to develop the product

I came here to buy a renewal to Artisteer for DNN 8 support. I'm glad I read this first. My money is saved, but what do I do with all my broken websites?

Unfortunately there is little you can do except manually go through the code to fix each error.

I'm still unsure what to do and am disgusted Artisteer continue to promote it as supporting DNN. The support is very very poor and has been for a long time. They simply have no interest in DNN and have said this.
