I asked after renewing Artisteer recently since they are using the DNN logo on the home page, refer to it etc... and they said the same. Extremely disappointing and think they shouldn't even bother mentioning DNN or promoting it this way if they're going to continue a half baked job of support.

Not Thrilled. Guess they are following the easy money. Agree give the code up for someone else to develop the product

Unfortunately there is little you can do except manually go through the code to fix each error.
I'm still unsure what to do and am disgusted Artisteer continue to promote it as supporting DNN. The support is very very poor and has been for a long time. They simply have no interest in DNN and have said this.
