I manage two separate blogs, both designed using Artisteer. I have disabled all my plugins and I still have the same problem. Godaddy tells me that something triggered their security system; with I don't understand because it was working fine a almost a week after I updated wordpress. This can be done through a VPN (https://en.vpnwelt.com/change-ip-address/). Just choose a neighboring country or region where you are sure the service works. It's also worth making sure that the problem is not with your ISP. Some sites can get banned locally.
