How to assign Header to menu item |

Hi all,
I want to ask whether it is possible to "Header" be associated to item of the menu
I know that this can be done with Joomla standard field type="menuitem"
Then from the back end, administrator will be able to choose the menus in which the header is displayed
I've tried a lot of versions, but I could not achieve the desired effect.
