Characters added to pasted links |

Hey all,
I'm working on adding my linked ads to my pages. They are long links so I copy and past them but when I save the page, I noticed that all of my pasted links have been modified.
This what it looks like after I paste and save the page (this is not the entire link):
20&o=1& amp;p=26&l=ur1& amp;category=outdoorrecreation& amp;banner=0CDY3FGJ2PD68NJXFKG2&f=ifr&lt1=_new& amp;linkID=YZ4G7P4GOS2SO3NV&wmode=tran
In the original link there are no & amp at all.
Any ideas?
