I am building a site for Wordpress and can not get the header and background to automatically resize for different screens and resolutions. I have done everything I can think of and can not figure it out. The site is ryanmillington.com. Hope someone is able to help.

Your issue is to make responsive web design right. So to make it responsive you need to add bootstrap coding in your coding. Through that you can check it on mobile and other gadgets your web site resolutions get changed.
