Hola me gustaria saber si puedo editar una web completa hasta sus contenidos y luego subir todo a la web con Artisteer.

Hello Luis,
yes, you may add all content in Artisteer. Then export the WP theme with the 'Include Content' option enabled. After installing and activating the theme in WP you'll see buttons which allow to add or replace the imported content.

There is a problem with importing Spanish accents, however. They look fine in Artisteer, they get jacked up when imported into WordPress.
