Help Needed With 2nd Button CSS |

Can someone help me with the css for a 2nd button design? I want to create a separate button style apart from the default one of my theme.
The second button must be a specific width and height. I want to use it as download links for a couple of PDF files and want them all to be same width (not just text width) so the buttons look nice uniform.
Any code contribution will be appreciated. :)
