People don't respond to help this days, however, I hope this would get some help.
I need to know how to create a full width slide-show, covering both the header section and the horizontal menu. Example can be seen here http://www.usaweb.net/index.html
All I could achieve was create a new position outside the sheet which was below the header section and horizontal menu like http://bfexchanges.com .I need to know how to get it to cover the header also.
Kindly assist.

Have you tried (in Layout) selecting the menu bar within the header area?
