Line 12 is this (I had to remove the <>)...
?php } else { do_action('tt_header_mod'); } ?
When I remove "} else " the site works so it's not a big deal.
But this is the first time I've seen this error pop up and I've built a lot of WordPress themes with Artisteer and Templateeer.
