Missing "Visibility" Options for Images in Responsive Theme

Here's a screenshot to help clarify what I'm talking about:

The other responsive modes are not available for selection, and these images are not visible at the resolution modes I cannot select.

I haven't a clue why or what I can do about it. The documentation didn't seem to talk about this, or I failed to find that info.

Any readers know why this might've happened and what I can do about it?
Many Thanks

Hey Mike,

That's odd. When right click on the image you should have 5 modes displayed.
Lets say your currently viewing the desktop mode and the image is going to be displayed
for desktop, tablet portriate and tablet landscape, it will be highlighted in yellow while the phone mode will be displayed as white.

Might be best to contact support. How many versions of artisteer do you have installed?
I know I had an issue with 4.1 verses 4.2 both installed in different directories. Got ride of 4.1 as its bug infested anyway.

if it were me I'd remove Artisteer and reinstall it. If that doesn't work contact support.

It's not a bug. You need to enable "Custom responsive" for the rest of responsive modes. Go to Responsive view->mode_name then Responsive view->Switch to custom responsive. After that all the rest modes should be included in the drop down list.
