Widgets shifting from primary to header with updated theme install |

Just created an updated theme using version Art 4.3.0.60745, uploaded to Wordpress and activated.
All the widgets in the primary widget area have now moved to the header area, and the one widget in the header area has moved to the first navigation widget area, widgets in first footer widget areas have moved to the second footer widget area.
I have a suspision that the plugin Wigitize pages may be involved, not fully tested that theory yet.
