Must be an answer somewhere on the forum but I can not find it.
Could anybody tell how to get rid off the pager in my wordpress output form Artisteer?

I don't think you can get rid of it from Artisteer. You can make a change to your style.css to hide it.
Under art-pager add
display: none;

Does the "posts per page" setting in wordpress admin work?
Set that to a large number like 10000 to stop pages being added?
