And most freebie themes come with malware or spyware of some kind.

It's always best to create your own custom themes. If you can't do that, or won't, it's then better to hire a professional and use a credit card to pay for it or save up the money.

Also, if you have Google why would you need such a list? Most of these template hustlers will be gone in a year or two.

I have been trying DiVi which looks brilliant BUT only if you are good with CSS. To even show a background image in a header requires CSS. Such a shame:(
