Cannot edit images on page with Chrome Wordpress 4.1, Art4.3 |

In Google Chrome cannot edit an image in a page or post with Wordpress 4.1, using an Artisteer template generated with Artisteer 4.2 or now 4.3.
If a media image is added to the left of the page, then clicked, the image edit bar pops up to the very right of the page. If the image is edited to right align, that then works.
If then click on the image, the image bar does not appear, but there is now a scroll bar for the window. If I try to move the scroll bar is vanishes.
It all works perfectly well in IE11 on W7.
I have disabled ALL plugins and cleared the browser cache, and the issue persists in Chrome.
This does appear to be an issue with Artisteer and Wordpress 4.1.

I am interested to know if others are having the issue described above?

Done some investigating, is seems this is not an isolated issue.
In my case, all plugins disabled, cleared the cache, so only the theme left as culprit.

It turns out that this issue is a conflict between the After the Deadline Chrome extension and Wordpress image editor toolbar.
There is now an open bug report with Wordpress, also acknowledged as an issue which is being fixed.
Hence why its happening with all themes, so not related to Artisteer as initially thought.
