How can i get rid of the 3 or 4 pix space on cell phones |

Hi
Having a problem i have tryed everything i can find but still can not find it.
In cell phone view Artisteer adds what looks like a 2 to 3 pix border or space to each side of the view area.
This is throwing everything out of whack for me as i am using some other tool to creat full wide responsive sites and it needs to be full wide all the way to the edge.
How can i get rid of that extra added space when in cell phone view
One it sizes to tablet size it is gone.
Also on cell phone and tablets it adds a top whoite area up above the cell menu why..
How can i close that gap up.
