I just spent an hour working on a design and I get this message when I try to save it:

Unable to save file. Please contact product support.

Yes, it is registered (4.1). I opened Artisteer in another window and was able to save what came up. But the window with the site I am working on won't save.

VERY FRUSTRATING.

Did they ever give you a solution because mine just started doing the same thing?

I have same problem. I even paid for upgrade, and it didn't fix it. I worked with support on and off for weeks, and they couldn't fix it - they said it's something with my .net framework but they had no idea how to fix it. They suggested I install a much older version of .net, which would make other programs not work.

My computer is up to date - I run Win7 64bit. The program worked fine on my system until last fall (I'd changed nothing) and it suddenly said "unable to save"

Support has no clue.

I just did a reinstallation of my Win7. (not reformat, but a refresh/repair), which brought me back to original OS.

I installed Artisteer before I updated Windows - STILL does not work. I have an entire webpage for a Bed & Breakfast that is now useless...

Hi Gigi,

.NET Framework 3.5.1 is required for Artisteer. This does not mean you have to downgrade or uninstall the already available .NET Framework. If you have a newer version, the version 3.5 should be functionally available. You need just to make sure it is enabled and works as it should. Otherwise complete reinstallation of .NET Framework should help.
