I would like to apply a rule in order to make the mobile version of my website... the same as the desktop version.. I tried to follow many instructions that I read here but I still have problems... because just some parts of the website remain the same... some others change the deployment or the position.. making the whole website quite messy... I made already the desktop version simple because I wanted to allow people who visit it via mobile to use it... please help me :) thank you very much

Did you try turning off responsive mode when you exported your site.

The problem is that initially I wanted the theme to be responsive...after that I changed my mind...when I saw the results..but meanwhile I edited some aspects of the theme via .css, so I'd have to do double work again...also because I am not a pro..is not possible to TOTALLY unable the responsive features via .css? Thanks...

P.S.: Now I could disable all except the plugins...The only things that I see left as responsives...are the plugins how can I disable their responsive features?

You can try to backup and then remove style.responsive.css and script.responsive.js

In order to make website absolutely responsive, I use a wordpress mobile theme from here - https://www.templatemonster.com/responsive-wordpress-themes/ . This theme ensures that my website will look amazing on mobile screens without missing any single piece of content.
