Has anyone ever tried it?
It's a CSS editor plugin for WordPress theme. This is the link: csshero.org
I would to use Artisteer to export a WordPress theme and then customize it with CSS Hero.

ave not use the specific module, however I have done quite a bit using the custom css option in Jetpack
